the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel and the Ambassador Bridge.
The Detroit-Windsor border crossing is the busiest border crossing in-between
the United States and Canada.

The toll rate for the bridge and the tunnel on the American side are,

The Ambassador Bridge offers currency exchange in certain toll lanes, indicated
by neon lights. The Detroit-Windsor tunnel offers currency exchange in their

If you are planning on staying at a hotel on Huron Church Road, I recommend taking
the bridge. When you exit the bridge you are on Huron Church Road.
If you are staying downtown or at Casino Windsor, take the tunnel.
The tunnel also offers Bus service between Downtown Detroit and Downtown Windsor.
Since September 11th there are reports that border crossings are smooth sailing
all day & all night.
The worst times to cross the Windsor border if you are in a hurry are
Monday - Friday 6am - 9am & 4pm - 6pm & Weekend evenings.
